After the agreed time-frame we purchase your property for an agreed price, saving you any hassle with estate agents, surveyors and harsh negotiators.

This arrangement will usually be available on a three or five year basis if your property meets our requirements to do so. 

We offer bespoke letting packages which include advertising your property, finding tenants, viewings, managing tenants, maintenance and more.

We are not on the high street so the savings we make on running costs are passed on to you and so we can offer more generous rates than your standard high street estate agent.
