Letting Packages

Our letting packages offer you a varying level of support when it comes to letting out your property, if you are unsure which package is right for you then get in contact and we can have a chat!

BRONZE PACKAGE - Cost: 5.5% of yearly rental amount

Find your tenants - This will include finding the tenant and running all necessary checks to ensure that your property is in good hands.

SILVER PACKAGE - Cost: 8.4% of yearly rental amount

Everything included in the BRONZE package plus...

We will arrange a time to visit your property and capture images ourselves that will be used to advertise your property.

We will also take care of tenant viewings

GOLD PACKAGE - Cost: 12.5% of yearly rental amount(paid monthly if preferable)

Everything included in the BRONZE and SILVER package plus...

Longer term management of the tenants within the property, so that you don't have to directly deal with any tenants. We will take care of any queries they have and do our best to solve any issues without contacting you!
