Our rent to rent packages usually take place over a minimum term of three years but this is entirely negotiable. This enables you to better budget yourself for the future as you know you will be guaranteed the rent we offer until the end of our term.
On top of the guaranteed rent we also offer a complete cover of any maintenance the property requires to really ensure that you are left to enjoy the rental income without worrying about the hassle of being a landlord.
We then make a promise that when we reach the end of the term we will have the house professionally cleaned and you will receive the house in the same if not better condition than when the arrangement began.
