You will receive rent whether or not anyone is living in the property for the duration of our agreement.
You will not have to worry about a thing. We will take care of any maintenance within the property.
We will have the option to purchase the property at the end of the rental agreement for a previously agreed price.
Our rent to buy packages usually take place over a minimum term of three years, with five years proving most popular but we would negotiate this with you to find out what would work best for you in line with your goals.
This type of deal may seem complicated initially but we have a included an example below to give you an idea of how it will work and how it could prove the perfect option for you.
EXAMPLE
Current house value: £150,000
Monthly rent: £750
Length of agreement: 60 Months
Agreed sale price: £155,000
Total value of agreement: £200,000
We would work with you to decide if this type of deal would be something we could make beneficial for both parties. There are many options and ways in which we can modify the arrangement to really suit your needs, such as the length of agreement, lower monthly rent with a higher final sale price or vice versa.
